Team Building

Shine loves running Team Buildings. We’ve been running these events, year on year, since 2006 for ourselves and our clients. To date, we’ve run programs in Beijing, Mogan Shan, Suzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Singapore and even Thailand! An effective team is much more than a bunch of people thrown together to accomplish a goal.

Activities + Alignment = Team building

Shine loves running Team Buildings. We’ve been running these events, year on year, since 2006 for ourselves and our clients. To date, we’ve run programs in Beijing, Mogan Shan, Suzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Singapore and even Thailand! An effective team is much more than a bunch of people thrown together to accomplish a goal. Because teams are such an inherent part of how we work, it is easy to believe we know what makes a team perform well, however this is often not the case. Shine's formula is a sure fire way to make your Team Building a success:

Activities + Alignment = Team Building

Ice Breakers

Ice breakers can be an effective way of starting a training session or Team Building event. As interactive and often fun sessions run before the main proceedings, they help people get to know each other and buy into the purpose of the event. If such a session is well-designed and well-facilitated, it can really help get things off to a great start. By getting to know each other, getting to know the facilitators, and learning about the objectives of the event, people can become more engaged in the proceedings and so contribute more effectively towards a successful outcome.

Teamwork

Shine has great activities to inspire your team. Whether you are forming a new team or having a team that work in different locations come together, these activities are a sure fire way to bring synergy to the group. Groups tackle unexpected problems and identify emerging opportunities.

Communication

The difference between success and failure is often a lack of communication between staff.

At Shine we promote a TALK atmosphere. TALK stands for ‘tell’, ‘ask’, ‘listen’, and ‘know’. Shine has great activities to actively engage members to use effective communication.

Whether you are forming a new team or having a team that work in different locations come together, these activities are designed to encourage communication at all levels. Groups tackle communication barriers, identify them and how to overcome them.

Problem Solving

The ability to identify and solve problems within an organisation is vital to stay competitive today.

These exercises are designed to break down problems and give the group confidence to overcome them. This translates directly back to their work environment where they can take the same steps they learn in activities and apply it to a real life problems.

Groups will face constraints such limited time and resources, but must overcome them in order to succeed.
